Assistance League of Charlotte, an all-volunteer member organization, counts on donations to operate our largest money raiser, our Thrift Shop. For the last 30 years, ALC has constantly been the single largest donor of new school clothing for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Last year alone, over 7,000 students were provided new clothing.
