Was an HRT intern last summer, had offers from 5 out of your top 6 companies for SWE. Here's my advice: Don't bother with system design (at least for the top 7 companies on your list). Akuna will test you on system design if you applied for an infra role. Take OS early & study that material extremely hard.What the interns have wrought, 2023 edition. Yes, the SWE OA was coding questions and the trading OA is a basic game theory puzzle. For my program they didn't do interviews, these were OAs.
