I know of the mod options, but it seems to break the weather effects and doesn't seem to work fully with 2.1. I only use ONE mod for this game, and it's to remove the vignette effect. I have no idea why that is not a native option ingame. The effect is so strong that makes the game a LOT darker and when you remove it, you can finally see things properly.
