We received a letter from the high school that our daughter is eligible for a membership in NSHSS (National Society of High School Scholars). My friend fell for the NSHSS Scam. My friend randomly asked me if I got one (I didn’t) and I, not knowing that she already paid for it, said it was kind of considered a scam. She was listing all the reasons that she’s heard it’s good (website says it not, seniors say it’s good, etc) and she told me she already paid for it. Nope. They take your money, and they give you absolutely nothing in return. It also has a 100% acceptance rate because you don't even have to apply!
