I don’t have any noticeable dark hairs above that point. I’ve been shaving my arms since I was 13 or so (28 now). No, the hair on my arms is much lighter and thinner than on my legs. Plus i can barely keep up with shaving my legs as it is! Glad I'm not the only one who can barely keep up with shaving my legs.
