Symptoms by DPO: 3: cramping, yeast infection. 4: cramping, yeast infection, insomnia. 5: cramping. 6: cramping, lower back pain. 7: BFN first thing in morning, cramping, lower back pain, pregnancy dream (dreamed I got a positive test—never happened before), lots of weird twinges and pains

Symptoms can't occur until you've implanted and had a few days to build up your hcg and progesterone (most don't really start till 5-6 weeks). You could still end up with a bfp, but what you're feeling right now, isn't related to that, but more likely the increase in progesterone after o'ing. Good luck when you test :)
